Day 1  Arrival Kuching – Brief City Tour [-/L/-]

Meet and greet at Kuching International Airport. Proceed for Kuching City Tour. Places of interest including  passing through China Town, Tua Pek Kong Temple, Civic Centre / City tower, Malay Kampong, Kuching  Mosque and Kuching Waterfront to view the Astana, New Legislative State Assembly of Sarawak, Fort  Margherita (across river) and other buildings from the past surrounding the Waterfront; namely the old  Courthouse (now Sarawak Tourism Complex), General Post Office and the Square Tower. A brief stop will be  made at a local souvenirs outlet. Highlight of the tour is visit to the Ethnology Museum. Lunch at local  restaurant until transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2  Mangrove & Irrawaddy Dolphin – Sarawak Cultural Village [B/L/-]

Breakfast at hotel. Depart to Mangrove & Irrawaddy Dolphin ~ The Mangrove & Irrawaddy Dolphin Watching  Cruise boat cruises are about 3 hours long as it covers the whole of the delta system of the Santubong and  Salek Rivers. Once considered as wasteland, environmentalists and conservationists have proved that the  mangrove forest that covers the mud flats of the region plays an important role in the local ecosystem. Not  only is it the first buffer to floods cause by the rising tide, it is home to many creatures that play a pivotal role  in the ecosystem. Enjoy a close view of the heavily silted mangrove swamp which is a safe haven to myriad  creatures like mudskippers, crabs, shell fish and monkeys. The mangrove swamp is also a haven to many  species of trees with the main species being of course the black and red mangrove, locally known as the  ‘Bako’. They are used in the construction industry for piling and also as charcoal for cooking and see other  usages.Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, depart to Sarawak Cultural Village ~ Depart to Sarawak Cultural  Village -The 17-acre living museum depicts the heritage of the major racial groups in Sarawak, a perfect  introduction to its people, its cultures and its handicrafts. A daily 45-minute cultural performance is not to be  missed during the tour. After tour, back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3  Departure [B/-/-]

Breakfast at hotel. Free and easy in the morning until transfer to the airport for departure (TBA).
