Sightseeing at North City in Thailand

DAY 1 : CHIANG MAI – Arrival (D)

Welcome to Chiang Mai City. Meet and greet our representative. Before heading to hotel, stop by at Lanna Style to have Khantoke Dinner. After that, proceed to hotel for check in and overnights.


After breakfast, to start your journey, you will be taken to Chiang Rai to visit Mea Kajan Hot Spring.  Are series of three developed hot Spring well’s and geysers where you can enjoy spending some time in a peaceful atmosphere with some of the Earth’s natural phenomena. The water contains a high concentration of dissolved minerals and the water also has a high concentration of sulfur. Waters here are thought to have curative properties as people suffering from ring worm and liver spots often find relief swimming in the waters. Visitors here can also enjoy bathing their feet in the naturally warm waters. The Mae Kajan hot springs have also become a tourist attraction where people love to get a wooden basket and boil eggs in the water.

Stop over for lunch at local restaurant. Next visit is at Mea Sai Border. The town of Mae Sai is a major border crossing between Thailand and Myanmar. Asian Highway Network AH2 (Thailand Route 1 or Phahonyothin Road) crosses the Mae Sai River to the town Tachileik in Myanmar. One-day passes for non-Burmese nationals crossing into Myanmar are issued at Myanmar customs in Tachileik. Passports are confiscated and a temporary travel permit is issued; the permit is exchanged for the traveler’s passport upon crossing back into Thailand.

Proceed to the next destination, you will visit to Mix Hill tribes Long Neck, Long Ears, Monk. A very interesting place to visit if you wish to know the history of the tribes. After a lot of research on the internet that you can found it best to go to this area with a guide who was able to explain the history, the cultures, beliefs and the way of life that these wonderful people have.

Next pick stop of the day, you will visit the Golden Triangle, the point in northern Thailand that converges with Laos and Burma where the Ruak and mighty Mekong rivers join. Dinner at local restaurant and right after that, transfer to hotel for overnight in Chiang Rai.


After breakfast, you will visit Wat Rong Khun (White Temple), is one of the most recognizable temples in Thailand. The temple outside the town of Chiang Rai attracts a large number of visitors, both Thai and foreign, making it one of Chiang Rai’s most visited attractions. After that, you will go for shopping activities at Gems Gallery and Leather Shop. Stop for lunch at local restaurant. 

Proceed for next journey, you will visit Sankampaeng Village home Industries. It is the heart of the handicraft industry. Many of Thailand’s major producers are located here and you’ll find all of the traditional crafts of the old days and the new in the shops along the Chiangmai – Sankampaeng Road. Next, you will go for shopping honey bee product. 

After that, heading to Chiang Mai back,  you will visit Doi Suthep Temple. It was founded in 1386 under miraculous circumstances. It crowns the Doi Suthep mountain on the western outskirts of Chiang Mai. Wat Doi Suthep is approached by a steep flight of 300 stairs flanked by green trees and guarded by 16th-century Naga (snake) figures. An easier, if less atmospheric, route is via an adjacent funicular. The temple is part of Doi Suthep National Park, a richly forested area supporting some 330 species of birds. The park also includes Phuping Palace and Mon Tha Than Falls, the later believed by some to contain evil spirits.

You will have dinner at local restaurant and straight away after that, you will heading to hotel for check in and overnight.

DAY 4 : CHIANG MAI -Departure (B)

After breakfast, free for leisure at your own until departure time.
